Super guitar trio "Kings of Strings", in Macedonia will visit within the European tour, which will perform on several different musical genres and styles of playing the acoustic guitar.
Tommy Emmanuel, the world recognizes as one of the greatest guitarists, as witnessed by all the awards from magazine "Rolling Stone" and "Guitar Player", nominated for "Grammy" and ofcourse words of praise from colleagues who worked with him as Eric Clapton, Satriani, Steve Vonder or Steve Vai, who years ago said that Emmanuel is "the best guitarist in the world." Perhaps the greatest tribute that Tommy Emmanuel has received from the father of electric guitar legend Les Paul, who in 2008. declares that he has all the predispositions to be the best. Despite all the praise Tommy speaks with great modesty for participation in the project "Kings of Strings". "This is a great honor for me and I was very excited when my suggestions to be part of its composition. For Stochelo i know for many years and always had a great desire to play with him, and when I discovered Vlatko's playing was delighted, at our last meeting I learned many things from Vlatko! "
Vlatko is definitely synonymous f guitar in the Balkans and beyond, music enthusiasts always called him the legendary guitarist from Macedonia. Since the establishment of the cult group "Leb i Sol" over the many Yugoslavian and world tours, Vlatko constantly defined his playing and writing through various styles, from muscular rock riffs, to the surreal fast jazz rhythm sections and songs from southern Europe. Known among his colleagues as an honest and hard working artist, Vlatko as the author of these spaces left among the most beautiful songs "Cuvam nok od budnih,"Kao Kakao","Talasna duzina" or memorable guitar performances on traditional themes "Jovano, Jovanke" and "Uci me majko karaj me". One of the most famous themes of Vlatko - "Gypsy Song" is part of the repertoire of the trio and will be performed on the entire tour. On the cooperation with the two top guitarists, Vlatko seeing as big confession - "I should spend 40 years to get to where I am, playing with the best in the world. I felt like, all this time I practiced and not just playing, but also studied life "
Stochelo Rozenburg, - For three decades Roma music is part of his musicianship and research, but in a specific way, through its swing, jazz and "manouche" format. Many critics believe that in his dedication, Stochelo overcame his idol, the legendary Django Reinhar, although he began to play guitar on his 10 years, and he had won the first major award on 12 years in his native Netherlands. With his trio "Rosenberg Trio" has released 16 albums and he recieved his worldwide recognition received in 1992, when the world's most prestigious guitar magazine "Guitar Magazine" gave him the award "Golden Guitar" which officially became one of the best guitarists in the world.
